Course Overview, Objectives and Benefits
This interactive forensics course aims to expose kids to the wonderful world of science. Designed specifically for 9-11 year olds, this activity-based learning programme puts kids in the role of crime scene investigators as they work together examining and analysing evidence in their quest to solve the mystery of a broken cookie jar. Using real laboratory techniques and materials, kids will employ the powers of critical thinking to track down the cookie thief.
This interactive science course is broken down into 12 one-hour units and delivered by a qualified STEM educator.
By focusing on the three E’s - Experimentation, Evaluation and Expression - this interactive science course aims to help kids develop key STEM (science, technology, engineering and maths) skills that are forming the heart of 21st century learning and job occupations.
